Silent Auction

We invite you to donate an item or experience to the Silent Auction at National Seminar. The Silent Auction will be in Handbell Commons (Exhibition Hall B, Irving Convention Center).

Here are some donation ideas to consider:

  • Items specific to your state or town – food, souvenir, something known to be manufactured in your area
  • Handcrafted items – jewelry, quilts, unique sewing projects, etc.
  • Musical commissions – each year attendees look forward to bidding on commissions by their favorite composers and arrangers!
  • Coaching session – whether virtual or in-person, sessions with clinicians are popular.
  • Weekend Getaways – if you have a vacation home of your own, or are part of a time share program, perhaps you will consider donating a weekend.
  • Handbell Music and Books – if you any handbell music or books that you are no longer using, this is the group that would love to have these items.

To help us with the preparation of materials, please complete a Silent Auction Donation Form and email it to Linda Onorevole by July 5, 2023, [email protected]. Please note that we will accept forms on-site in Irving, Texas, however, it will be helpful to have as many in advance as possible.

Please bring your donated item to the Handbell Musicians of America booth in Handbell Commons/Exhibition Hall B, Irving Convention Center. Handbell Commons opens at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, July 11, 2023.

Mailing items is not possible for this event.
