All event activities will take place at the Sharonville Convention Center, with lodging available at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Cincinnati Sharonville and Hyatt Place Sharonville Convention Center.

NOTE: We are aware that there is an issue with booking rooms at the Delta Hotel, and we are working to add rooms to the block.

The Delta Hotel is the main event hotel and is just steps away from the convention center.

HMA has secured a rate of $149/night. To receive this rate, rooms must be reserved by June 23, 2026.
