Those who have pre-registered may complete their registration now.
Event registration includes

Registration for those that pre-registered last summer will open January 14. General Registration will open February 1.

*For those who pre-registered last summer, the registration fee is locked in at last year’s rate of $335. To take advantage of the special offer, you need to complete your registration by May 1, 2014.

Scholarships
Several scholarships are available from both the national office and your Area to assist qualified applicants in attending the event.

Registration Add-ons
- Printed Class Notes – $40: All registrants will have access to all class notes provided by faculty in advance of the event via a secure and private web page. These downloadable notes are included in your registration. If you prefer to have all available notes printed in advance and available for you at event registration, we are happy to provide that service for an additional fee. Notes will be delivered, organized alphabetically by class title, in a 60th anniversary binder. Order your printed notes when you complete the online registration form.
- Additional Meals for Family and Friends: Two dinners are included with your full-event registration. As part of the registration process, you will be given the opportunity to order extra tickets for the Opening Night Banquet or the 60th Birthday Celebration (for your family and/or friends to join you) or daily registrants may purchase a meal ticket for days they attend.
- Opening Banquet, Tuesday, July 15, 2014 – $70 per person
- Birthday Celebration, Friday, July 18, 2014 – $95 per person
- Concert Tickets: Concert tickets for all concerts are included with your full-event registration. Additional tickets are available for purchase for $10 each for most concerts. A list of those available and the opportunity to purchase tickets will be included in the online registration process.
Hotel Surcharge
HOTEL SURCHARGE: To ensure that we are able to meet the room block required by the Sheraton Atlanta, registrants who opt for alternate lodging are required to pay an additional surcharge of $150.00. To avoid this surcharge, please bring confirmation of your Sheraton Atlanta reservation to the event registration desk at sign-in. This surcharge does not apply to registrants with a home address within a 60-mile radius of the event site.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Refunds will be made for National Seminar registration cancellations received in writing or by email until June 15, 2014, less a $100 administrative fee per registrant. Cancellations made after June 15 for any reason (including medical issues, family emergencies, etc.) are not refundable.
Special Notes
- Recording the sounds, or sounds and images, of the musical performances is not permitted. Any such recording is in violation of the Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §1101).
