Full Event Registration
$440 Members; $495 Non-members
- Ohio and Kentucky residents will automatically receive a discount on the full event rate when registering with a zip code from either state.
- To pay in installments, call 937-438-0085 ext. 809.
- Payment in full is due before classes can be chosen.
Daily Registration
$100 per day Members; $120 per day Non-members
- Payment in full is due before classes can be chosen.
Performer Registration
$375
- This is a full-event rate reserved for artists performing in the concerts.
- To reserve a performer rate, call 937-438-0085 ext. 809.
Honorary Life Members and Past Presidents
- HMA provides complimentary registration for Honorary Life members and past presidents.
- Honorary Life members and past presidents should call 937-438-0085 ext. 803 to make a reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Through May 31, 2026, the total fee, minus a $100 administrative charge, will be refunded. From June 1, 2026, onward, no refund will be provided.
