Visiting Virtual Exhibitor Booths And Hours

Just like an in-person National Seminar, the virtual event features a Handbell Industry Council exhibit area. We encourage you to visit them between classes. You can visit their pages or “virtual booths” any time to learn more about them download files they have shared, view videos, and visit their websites.

During certain hours of the day, most of our exhibitors will have live “Virtual Tradeshow Hours,” where you can visit and chat with them and other visitors to their booths.

Finding Exhibitors

Log in to your account and locate the Exhibitors tab in the notification menu. Click there and you will be taken to the list of exhibitors. Choose which exhibitor’s page you would like to view, and click on the tile.

Visiting During The Virtual Tradeshow Hours

If you would like to visit our exhibitors in real time, just go to their booth to see if they have Virtual Booth Hours listed. You may need to scroll down to find those. During the times they are available, you can enter their booth by clicking on the Enter Virtual Tradeshow Booth button at the top right, after which you will be put into a Zoom meeting room with the exhibitor and any other attendees who may be visiting at the moment.

You may come and go as you wish to chat for a while, ask a quick question, or just say thanks for being a big part of handbells, then move on to another. 

These are the people who keep handbells alive by publishing books and music, manufacturing instruments, and providing both useful and fun handbell-related items, so we encourage you to take advantage of these hours to get to know all these wonderful business owners.
