Sponsorship & Advertising Opportunities
National Seminar is made possible through a combination of registration revenue and the generous support of sponsors. We invite you to partner with us—either as an organization or an individual—by taking advantage of one of our many sponsorship and advertising opportunities and helping us bring this flagship event to the handbell community each year
Program Book Advertising
This full-color book (approx. 52 pages) is distributed to each attendee and will be available online, expanding the reach of your advertising dollars. Space reservation is due April 30, 2026, with artwork due by May 15, 2026. HMA is not designing ads and artwork must be provided in final PDF form. $70-$180
Concerts
Concert sponsorships include a half-page ad in the program book, recognition on the HMA website and social media platforms, in HMA weekly emails, and on the concert livestream broadcast. 8 concerts will be presented during the event. One sponsor per concert only. $600-$1000
Seminar 2026 Commemorative Pin (SOLD)
The Seminar Commemorative Pin is an annual collectible distributed to all attendees. The Pin Sponsor may proudly display their name on the back of the pin. Additional benefits include a full-page ad in the program book, recognition on the HMA website and social media platforms, and in HMA weekly emails. $1500
Welcome Reception
A Welcome Reception is being hosted in Handbell Commons Tuesday (7/14/26). Guests will partake in heavy hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar, visit the exhibits, and spend time catching up with their handbell friends. Sponsor benefits include on-site signage provided by HMA, a full-page ad in the program book, recognition on the HMA website, social media posts, and inclusion in the HMA weekly emails. $3000
Happy Hour
Happy Hours are being held in Handbell Commons on Wednesday (7/15/26), Thursday (7/16/26), and Friday (7/17/26) after classes and prior to the evening concert. Attendees may visit the exhibits, enjoy light hors d’oeuvres, and purchase drinks at the cash bar. Sponsor benefits include on-site signage provided by HMA, a full-page ad in the program book, recognition on the HMA website, in social media posts, and inclusion in the HMA weekly emails. $1500 each
Event Lanyard (SOLD)
The lanyard will be distributed to all attendees. The Lanyard Sponsor may proudly display their logo on the lanyard, in addition to the National Seminar logo. Additional benefits include a full-page ad in the program book, recognition on the HMA website, in social media posts, and inclusion in the HMA weekly emails. $1200
Distinctly Teen
Benefits include on-site signage displayed in Handbell Commons and the Distinctly Teen rehearsal room provided by HMA, program book ad (ad size dependent on sponsorship level-see form for details), recognition on the HMA website and social media platforms, and recognition from the stage at the Distinctly Teen concert on Saturday, July 15. $250-$1000
