Full event registration includes the Welcome Reception, Banquet, Farewell Reception, all concerts, classes and tracks, downloadable class notes, access to Handbell Commons, and a registrant packet with all associated materials.

NOTE: With the original Early Bird deadline having occurred on a weekend, we decided to briefly extend the deadline for obtaining the discounted rates, to help those who may have had challenges logging in to register. The new deadline is FRIDAY, MAY 5. Please note that further extensions will not be offered, so please get signed up before week’s end!

Registration deadline is June 23.

*For those who pre-registered last fall, the registration fee is locked in at $350.  To take advantage of the special offer, you need to complete your registration by May 1, 2023.

**Meals not included with daily registrations

If you wish to purchase additional tickets to the Friday plated dinner or any of the concerts for family & friends, or if you are a daily registrant on Friday and wish to attend the plated dinner, the following options are available during the on-line registration process: 

  • Friday Plated Dinner – Cost per ticket is $85.00 
  • Concerts – Cost per concert ticket is $10.00 (also available at the door) 
Event Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be made for registration cancellations received in writing or by email until June 15, 2023, less a $150 administrative fee per registrant. Cancellations made after June 15 for any reason (including medical issues, family emergencies, etc.) are not refundable. 

Special Notes

Recording the sounds, or sounds and images, of the musical performances is not permitted. Any such recording is in violation of the Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §1101).
