Handbell Commons and Exhibiting Partners

Handbell Commons is home to our Exhibiting Partners and the hub for all social activities during the event. You can enjoy shopping, silent auction, Happy Hours, daily grab-and-go breakfast and lunch options, pop-up prize drawings, and more!

Exhibiting Partner Options

Exhibiting Partners are an important part of National Seminar, and they can be found in Handbell Commons, the activity hub of the entire event! This year’s National Seminar is being held at the Sharonville Convention Center in Cincinnati, Ohio from July 14-18, 2026. Attendees can visit companies and individuals who provide equipment and services to the handbell community, while spending time with friends, colleagues, and fellow musicians. Exhibiting Partners have the option of presenting a hands-on showcase in our designated showcase room that is fully stocked with handbells and handchimes, generously loaned by handbell manufacturers.

Exhibiting Partner Booths

  • Initial booth: $325 for HMA Business Members/$475 for Non‑Members
  • Additional booths: $300 each
  • Booth size: 10’ x 10’ (includes one 8’ skirted table, two chairs, wastebasket, booth ID sign, wireless internet, electrical power, and event badges for up to two booth staff).
  • Two tickets for the banquet luncheon on Saturday, July 18 are included with each booth. Additional tickets are available for purchase.

Exhibiting Partner Showcases

  • Cost: $50 per session
  • After registering, you’ll receive a form to provide showcase details. Please complete it promptly to ensure your session is promoted to attendees during class selection.

    Monday, July 13: 1:00 PM-5:00 PM
    Tuesday, July 14: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM
     
  • Handbell Commons Hours:
    Tuesday, July 14: 1:00 PM-6:00 PM
    Wednesday-Friday, July 15-17: 8:00 AM-1:00 PM, then 2:30 PM-6:00 PM
    Saturday, July 18: 8:00 AM -12:00 PM
     
  • Load‑Out:
    Saturday, July 18: 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM

Notes

  • Handbell Commons will close daily from 1:00 PM- 2:30 PM for the mid‑day concert.
     
  • Happy Hours in Handbell Commons on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Required Information from Exhibiting Partners for Participation

Handbell Musicians of America requires Exhibiting Partners to submit names of staff who will be at their booth(s) in Handbell Commons. For the purpose of this event, anyone who will be at your booth assisting in any capacity is considered a member of your staff. Each Exhibiting Partner booth registration includes two staff members (1 booth = 2 staff, 2 booths = 4 staff, etc.). Staff will be issued a badge for Handbell Commons. Badges are required to be worn by everyone in Handbell Commons, including attendees, Exhibiting Partners, faculty, HMA staff, etc. If you will be having more than your allocated number of staff members from your booth registration, you may add them for a fee, by contacting Marie Clyatt-Larson, [email protected].

Cancellation Policy

Exhibitors have the right to cancel their booth upon written notice to Handbell Musicians of America (HMA). There will be a 10% service charge for any booth cancellation. After April 1, 2026, 50% of the booth fee will be refunded. No refunds will be made on cancellations after June 1, 2026. All money forfeited by cancellation is not refundable or transferable in any way. Exhibiting Partners must be in charge of their display during display hours. All exhibitors must close their exhibits promptly at closing time and vacate Handbell Commons thirty minutes following. If additional time is required, this must be requested in advance with the Exhibitor Coordinator. Booths are not to be dismantled or packed up prior to 1:30 PM on Saturday, July 18, 2026.
