Handbell Commons Happy Hours

Host a Handbell Commons Happy Hour on Wednesday, July 12, Thursday, July 13, or Friday, July 14. Benefits include on-site signage (provided by HMA), half-page ad in program book ($80 value), and recognition on the HMA website and social media platforms. These receptions take place at 4:30PM and have a cash bar. Choice of exclusivity includes upgrade to full-page ad ($180 value).
Cost: $800 per reception or $2300 for all three. Exclusivity: $1000 per reception or $2,900 for all three.

Distinctly Teen

Serve as a meal sponsor for Distinctly Teen. Benefits include on-site signage displayed in Handbell Commons and the Distinctly Teen rehearsal room (provided by HMA), full-page ad in program book ($180 value), recognition on the HMA website and social media platforms, and recognition from the stage at the Distinctly Teen concert on Saturday, July 15. Cost: $1000. Exclusivity: $2000.

Program Advertising

Each attendee at Seminar 2023 will receive a program book. Print run of 500. Space reservations by May 24, 2023, artwork deadline May 31, 2023. Provide high resolution PDF. Ad specs:

Full page, 7” w x 10” h, $180
Half page, 7” w x 4.75” h, $80
Quarter page, 3.25” w x 4.75” h, $65
Eighth page, 3.25” w x 2.25” h, $50
