All event activities will take place at the Sharonville Convention Center, with lodging available at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Cincinnati Sharonville and Hyatt Place Sharonville Convention Center.

Please be aware that Sharonville Convention Center is a cashless facility. Be sure to keep this in mind for Grab ‘n Go breakfasts and lunches and at the Happy Hour bars.

The Delta Hotel is the main event hotel and is just steps away from the convention center.

HMA has secured a rate of $149/night. To receive this rate, rooms must be reserved by June 23, 2026.
